3. Purchases, Checkout and Invoice-Based Payments

The purchase process may include adding domains to cart, submitting buyer and registrar details, selecting a supported crypto payment method and generating an invoice. The checkout page is not intended to collect wallet payment proof, transaction hash or final payment data. Those details are handled through the invoice validation workflow.

Invoices may include order references, buyer details, selected domains, payment method, payment instructions, validation requirements and a limited validity period. Buyers should verify invoice details before making payment.

Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Buyers are responsible for confirming the correct network, payment amount, invoice reference and transaction details. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, wrong networks or unauthorized third parties.

4. Domain Transfers and Registrar Requirements

After payment verification, domain transfer or registrar push procedures may begin. Transfer steps depend on the registrar, domain lock status, account requirements, verification procedures and applicable registry rules.

Buyers must provide accurate registrar account information. If a domain is registered at GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot, Porkbun, Cloudflare Registrar or another registrar, the buyer may need an account at that registrar or must follow the transfer procedure required by that provider.

Transfer timelines may vary. Delays can occur due to inaccurate buyer details, registrar restrictions, domain locks, identity verification, network issues or third-party systems outside our direct control.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and Digital Asset Nature

Domain names are digital assets. Once a domain transaction has been verified and transfer procedures have started, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or where a verified internal issue prevents completion.

Buyers should complete due diligence before paying an invoice. We do not provide refunds because a buyer later changes strategy, dislikes a domain, fails to use the domain successfully, experiences SEO changes or decides not to continue a business project.

If an order cannot be completed due to a confirmed issue on our side before transfer begins, the matter will be reviewed according to available evidence, invoice records and transaction status.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for lawful use of purchased domains and for ensuring their intended project complies with all applicable rules, including iGaming, advertising, affiliate, crypto, privacy and consumer protection requirements.

• Provide accurate name, email and registrar information.

• Use domains only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain secure account credentials.
• Complete independent SEO, legal and trademark review.

7. Website Security and Safe Use

We use front-end security practices such as restrictive content security policies, referrer limitations and careful handling of visible data. Users must not attempt to bypass website controls, scrape content aggressively, inject malicious scripts, interfere with page behavior or access private systems.

Static HTML security features improve browser-side safety, but they do not replace server-side security.
