Important Refund Notice
Domain names are digital assets. Once payment is verified and ownership transfer,
registrar push or transfer preparation begins, refund eligibility may be limited
or unavailable.
Buyers should carefully review domain names, invoice details, registrar information
and payment method before completing payment.
1. Refund Policy Overview
iGaming Aged Domains reviews refund requests based on order status, payment status,
invoice records, domain availability, registrar transfer progress and transaction evidence.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually
according to the facts available at the time of review.
2. Domain Names Are Digital Assets
Domain purchases are not the same as physical product purchases. A domain name is a digital
asset that may involve ownership changes, registrar account pushes, transfer locks and third-party
registrar procedures.
Once a domain has been transferred, pushed to a buyer account or prepared for transfer after
payment verification, the transaction is generally considered final.
3. Cases That May Qualify For Refund Review
- The buyer paid an invoice, but the domain is confirmed unavailable before transfer begins.
- A duplicate payment is verified for the same invoice or order.
- A confirmed internal system error prevents order fulfillment.
- The transaction cannot be completed due to an issue on our side before transfer begins.
- The wrong invoice amount was generated due to a confirmed platform issue.
Refund approval depends on review of payment records, invoice details and domain transfer status.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- The buyer changes their mind after payment.
- The buyer no longer wants the domain after invoice payment.
- The buyer expected specific SEO rankings, traffic, revenue or business results.
- The buyer submitted incorrect registrar account information causing delay.
- The domain transfer or registrar push has already been completed.
- The buyer sent crypto payment to the wrong address or unsupported network.
- The buyer failed to complete independent legal, trademark or SEO due diligence.
5. Crypto Payment Refund Limitations
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Buyers are responsible for confirming
the correct wallet address, network, invoice amount and transaction details before sending funds.
We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses, wrong networks,
unauthorized third parties or unsupported payment methods.
If a refund is approved for a crypto payment, processing may depend on verification records,
network fees, transaction status and the refund method available at that time.
6. Refund Review Process
To request a refund review, contact support with your invoice number, buyer email address,
selected domain name, payment method and transaction reference.
Our team may request additional information to verify your identity, payment status, domain status
or transfer timeline.
Review times may vary depending on registrar response, blockchain confirmation status, order records
and internal verification requirements.
7. No SEO or Revenue-Based Refunds
We do not provide refunds because a purchased domain does not achieve expected rankings, traffic,
indexing, affiliate revenue, conversions, resale value or business performance.
Domain metrics and marketplace information are provided for buyer review only and do not guarantee
future results.
